This is confirmation that, as your celebrant, I am committed to write & deliver your Ceremony script on TBD. As the client, you have agreed to pay the non refundable deposit of £250.00 of and the remaining balance (inclusive of travel expenses) 30 days prior to the Twilight Ceremony. Overall payment secures the following: Initial consultation in the client’s chosen format of either face to face or by telephone/email. Discussing the package chosen by the couple based on the initial meeting and the questionnaire. Multiple Script Review Service (reasonably defined as up to 10 reviews). This Agreement shall begin once signed/agreed to the contract of service and deposit of £ 250.00 is submitted. Contract terminates on completion of the Twilight Ceremony. When the deposit has been made, I will not take any other bookings for that date, unless you cancel your booking. In the event of cancellation by the couple/person The couple’s/persons deposit is non refundable, however the couple may need to pay some of the balance to compensate for the booking of the day. Up to 3 months before: the client does not need to pay any of the remaining balance of the booking. Up to 2 months before: 50% of the full balance must be paid as a cancellation charge to compensate. Up to 1 month before: full balance must be paid as a cancellation charge to compensate.

Twilight Ceremonies agrees that he will provide his expertise to the couple for all things pertaining to twilight ceremonies and the package chosen. Furthermore Leon will help you throughout the whole process.

3. Presentation of script

The draft script will be completed and printed one month prior to your twilight ceremony AND you will be presented with your final ceremony script on the day of the ceremony. The couple has the right to make unlimited alterations to the draft ceremony script up until 48 hours prior to the ceremony taking place. .

4. Extenuating Circumstances

In the rare occasion that I cannot attend the ceremony, due to extenuating circumstances, I will personally find another qualified and respected celebrant to deliver the ceremony, passing on all of your requirements.

5. Copyright

The Ceremony Script is copyrighted to Leon Bagnall/Twilight Ceremonies until the day of the ceremony at which point it is handed over to the couple and will not be used in future script writing activities. Leon Bagnall/Twilight Ceremonies reserves the right to retain any material used in any ceremony script in order to use as an example script for other clients; however, it will not be duplicated.
